On 29th February our Managing Director traveled to Tainan, in Taiwan, for the inspection and testing of our latest acquisition. This medium sized extruder has an output 2 -3 times the machine it is replacing, whilst consuming less energy! Due to the particular size, of barrel, die and tower, we expect the extruder to produce excellent quality films. In addition, it will generate much less set-up and job change waste, even as it adds to our overall output capacity.
